Hoffman Car Wash Reviews

The wash was okay, nothing really bad about it, but for the price, I expected a bit more. It just felt a little too expensive for what you actually get, so I’m not sure I’d go back.

I mostly go to Hoffman because the location is super convenient for me. It’s right on my way home, so it’s easy to just swing in without going out of my way. The wash itself is fine, not bad, but not anything that’s really wowed me either. When it gets busy, it can feel a little rushed, and I’m kind of left wondering, am I missing something? I’ll probably still stop by here now and then just because it’s close and convenient.

I stopped by Hoffman Car Wash last week and thought it was clean overall. The bays were in good shape, with no trash all over the place, and the floor was not muddy like I have seen at some other car washes. The vacuum area looked well maintained too, just a few little bits here and there, but nothing that really bothered me. I am giving 4 stars because one of the trash cans was full, but the place definitely looked like it was being taken care of. I would come back again

I noticed there were still a few spots left after it dried, which was a bit frustrating. I expected it to come out cleaner, so I’m not sure what happened?? It wasn’t awful, but definitely missed some areas.

My car was gross from all the road salt and bugs, so I wasn’t expecting miracles. But after getting it cleaned, it came out looking way better than I thought it would. Really impressed with the results.

I went to Hoffman Car Wash last week, the staff were polite and seemed to know what they were doing. They answered my question without making me feel like I was bothering them, which I appreciated. The wash itself came out good too. That said, the wait was longer than I expected, which was annoying. Not a bad experience overall, just not quite 5 stars because of that.

I got the exterior wash i left feeling kind of let down. Like, I wasn’t expecting the car to look brand new or anything, but there was still dirt on the doors and the back bumper, and the wheels looked like they were barely touched. I kept looking at it thinking maybe I was being too picky, but for what I paid, it really should’ve come out cleaner. Overall, just a disappointing wash...

I used Hoffman Car Wash last week and, i was expecting at least one thing to be a little off, but the equipment ran smoothly the whole time. The brushes, sprayers, and dryers all seemed to do what they were supposed to do, with no random stops or weak spots that I noticed. My car came out clean and the whole thing was quick. I’m still kind of surprised, but I was happy with it

I’ve had the monthly membership for a while now, it’s been worth it for me. I stop by a few times a week, so it definitely saves money compared to paying each time. The staff is always quick, and I love that my car stays clean without me having to really think about it.

I’m kind of torn because I’ve had mostly good experiences with them, but now I find myself checking the car more carefully afterward. I’ll probably still use Hoffman, just with a little more caution than before.

The staff did a good job keeping cars spaced out and pointing everyone where to go, which made things way easier. I’ve used Hoffman Car Wash a few times now, and the billing has been solid every time. No random extra charges popping up later, and the receipts have matched what I expected. It’s funny because I don’t think a car wash receipt is something I’d usually care about, but at the same time, it actually matters a lot when everything is clear and there are no surprises. Simple experience overall, but in a good way. 5 stars from me.

I just wanted to get what I came in for, but they kept trying to push extra stuff on me that I clearly didn’t want. It got annoying after a while, because I had already said no. I don’t mind suggestions, but this felt like TOO MUCH...

I had to call twice just to cancel, which got on my nerves. I don’t have the patience to keep repeating myself for something that should’ve been handled the first time.

The website works okay for me overall, but the app sorta gets confusing sometimes. It’s not terrible, just takes a little extra clicking around to find what I need.
